How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

Every homeowner who reaches out to Whitefrequency Tree Service should get a fair and honest experience. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what comes next. It is a general template, not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You can contact us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Whitefrequency Tree Service
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • How a provider we connected you with behaved

If the Problem Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They are responsible for their own quotes, prices, work and customer service. If tree work at your home went badly, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback on providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who often fall short may be removed. Please know that Whitefrequency Tree Service cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

How to File

Email contact@whitefrequency.garden and include:

  • Your name and how to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you hope for

What Happens After You Write

We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We then look into what happened, which may mean contacting the provider. After that, we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Not Happy?

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with licensed contractors, your state or local licensing office may be able to help too.
